Who processes your data
The data controller is named above. For any question about your data, email or call us using the details above.
We have not appointed a data protection officer (DPO), as this is not required for an organisation like ours (Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the GDPR). For any privacy request, contact the data controller directly.
What data we process and why
Browsing the website. The website does not use cookies and does not profile you. It is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States) on its Cloudflare Pages service. As with any website, Cloudflare’s servers record technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system). This keeps the website running and protects it from abuse and cyber attacks. Cloudflare processes this data on our behalf as a processor (Article 28 of the GDPR), under its data processing agreement. We do not use it to identify you and we do not combine it with other data. This technical data (logs) is kept only for as long as strictly necessary for these purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
Statistics. The website does not currently use any analytics tool. If one is switched on, it will be a cookie-free tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible) that counts visits in aggregate, without profiling you and without using your IP address to identify you. We will then name the provider here and say where it processes the data. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
When you contact us. If you call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we use the data you give us (name, phone number, email address, content of the message) only to reply and, if you ask, to book a line or bay for you. Legal basis: if you ask to book a line or bay, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR); for other questions, our legitimate interest in replying to you (Article 6(1)(f)). WhatsApp is a Meta service: messages sent there are also subject to its privacy policy. We keep the data for as long as needed to deal with your request, unless the law requires otherwise.
Giving us your contact details is optional: if you prefer not to, the only consequence is that we cannot reply to you.
The website has no contact forms or private areas, and sells nothing.
Who receives your data
We do not sell or publish your data. It may only be received by:
- Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting provider and processor, for the technical browsing data;
- the providers of the services you choose to contact us with (phone carrier, WhatsApp, email service), for the messages you send us;
- public authorities, only where the law requires it.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Cloudflare is a US company with servers around the world, so technical browsing data may be transferred to the United States. The transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which Cloudflare has joined (you can check the official list of participating organisations), and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. For details, read Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Automated decisions and profiling
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, and we do not profile you (Article 22 of the GDPR).
Third-party services
Google map. The map on the website loads only if you press the “Load map (Google Maps will set cookies)” button. Until then your browser does not contact Google. Once you click, Google receives the technical data of the request, including your IP address, and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy. Legal basis: your consent, given by pressing the button (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
External links. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook, Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze and the federations’ websites take you away from this site: from there, those services’ own policies apply.
The website’s fonts, images and videos come from the same hosting as its pages: your browser does not contact any service other than Cloudflare.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (Articles 15–22 of the GDPR). To do so, write to or call us using the details above.
If you believe your data has not been processed correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (Article 77 of the GDPR).
Changes
If the website changes (for example, if we add an analytics tool), we will update this page and the date at the top.
